Winter Schedule of YOGA CLASSES!!


We offer classes in Traditional Hatha Yoga,Chair and RestorativeYoga along with Yogilates. A wonderful fusion of Yoga and Pilates .

Mats props and water are always available, no experience nesessary, wear comfortable clothing and feel free to drop in to any class.

New Classes; Yogilates with Melissa, a wonderful fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Saturdays 8:30a.m.

Class Descriptions

 

 

Hatha Yoga: Energetic yet gentle, focuses on moving with the breath into the postures

 

Aroma Flow Yoga: Using pure essential oils to enhance the quality of body, mind, and spirit.  Taking time to stop and smell the roses, lemon, lavender, rosemary … it’s scentsational!!

 

Gentle Flow Yoga: Gentle postures, stretching, and slow movement to increase flexibility, balance, strength, and circulation.

 

Chair Yoga: Easy, traditional yoga postures and breathing exercises in the comfort of a chair

 

Yoga In Motion: Moves from one stage of a posture to the next using breath and mindfulness to deepen the practice

 

Yogilates: A wonderful combination of yoga and Pilates, a great workout!

 

 

 

 

An introduction to our instructors …

Michelle Fairbanks is the creator and owner of The Pink Yoga Studio. Michelle is a former figure skating champion and has been practicing yoga for 25 years. After as many years in the design and retail business, Michelle has chosen to channel her energies into the teaching of yoga, relaxation and aromatherapy.

Diane Kovanda I am pleased to have Diane with us on Mondays starting June 6th. Diane is the founder and director of training at Kind Yoga School in Centerville. Along with 25 years of teaching experience, Diane brings a relaxed, compassionate, and informative approach to Hatha Yoga for beginners.

Bonnie Silva from Light Yoga is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. Bonnie will be teaching gentle and relaxing Hatha Yoga, as well as restorative Chair Yoga. Bonnie has been practicing yoga and creative dance movement for decades, she brings beauty and grace with her to the mat.

Marina Davalos is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for fifteen years. Marina’s classes are informative, fun, and deeply relaxing. Gentle Flow Yoga uses the breath to flow from posture to posture for a truly revitalizing practice. Marina is also trained in meditation and reiki. Spanish speaking classes are available upon request.

Katrena Conrad focuses her Hatha Flow classes on proper alignment, body strengthening, and having a good time. Katrena is also Reiki certified her other passions include photography and interior design.

Melissa Jansen is a certified Yoga teacher, pilates instructor
and personal trainer she has a degree in terrain analysis with a focus on coastal landscapes. Melissa founder of Eco Yoga Tours combines her love of yoga and fitness exploring Cape Cod through Yoga and Fitness.
